What we Offer:
· Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm OR Thursday and Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm
· $16.00 an hour plus increase after successful completion of a 3-month probationary period
· Daily Lunch included as a taxable benefit
· On-the-job training
The housekeeper is responsible for a variety of housekeeping duties that include maintaining the cleanliness of classrooms, dorm rooms, the many bathrooms, common areas and dining hall, as well as doing laundry and other needs that arise from time to time. The housekeeper is also required to follow all cleaning protocols set out in our COVID-19 Safety Plan and Protocols.
The ideal candidate has the following:
â— Minimum of one-year experience as a housekeeper
â— Is capable of lifting 35 lbs.
â— Can work cooperatively with school staff
â— Is able to work with minimal supervision
â— Communicates respectfully, clearly and effectively
â— Is able to maintain confidentiality
â— First Aid and WHMIS certificates an asset
