Job Description

Are you looking for a role where you will truly make a difference and contribute to a growing industry in Canada? ECO Canada is looking for performance-driven individual to join the team immediately. Reporting to the Vice President, Finance & Operations, the successful candidate will have expertise in design, implementation, and maintenance of MS Dynamics CRM.

As a key member of the IT team, the CRM Administrator will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of a system development process. While each member of ECO Canada has individual responsibilities, ECO takes a team-based approach. Everyone is encouraged to take ownership of his/her ideas and to see them through to completion, collaborating with key influencers as required.


  • Assess the current system needs and implement recommendations
  • Perform CRM customizations including workflow steps, business units, custom views and custom fields
  • Where necessary, write code for custom plugins and integration points
  • Create automated custom reports and disseminate them via SharePoint and/or email
  • Run MS SQL queries, as requested by business unit teams leads
  • Prepare technical documentation in relation to custom CRM solutions


  • At least 5 years of total Information Systems experience developing custom applications on the Microsoft stack
  •  3 years implementing and customizing MS Dynamics CRM 2011, 13, 15, 16, or 365
  •  3 years MS SQL Server Databases and SQL Reporting Services
  • 2 or more years direct experience in full life‑cycle development, support and administration of a hybrid Progress Sitefinity CMS/Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Portal Connector environment is a plus.
  • 2 or more years doing direct Progress Sitefinity CMC Development, Support and Administration (without Dynamics CRM/Portal Connector) in the solution is a plus
  • Sustainment of an environment with multiple Sitefinity instances/domains is a plus
  • Experience analyzing and documenting business processes
  • Excellent written and communication English-language skills with ability to communicate technical information in a clear manner to non-IT personnel
  • Working knowledge with Scribe and integration with Dynamics Business Central
  • Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Cloud is a plus
  • Experience with MS PowerBi is a plus
  • Experience with MS PowerAutomate and MS Flow is a plus
  • Holds a high level of integrity and work ethic
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada


  • A University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • A Microsoft certification will be considered an asset
