THE ROLE: CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER
CubicFarms is seeking an experienced Customer Experience
Manager to join its Customer Experience team. The Customer Experience Manager
plays a key role in implementing and coordinating programs and services that support
an exceptional customer experience for CubicFarms’ clients. This position tracks program efforts,
identifies and leads new business opportunities, coordinates with regions and
programs staff, and represents CubicFarms to customers, partners, and other
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Masters Degree in Business
Administration (or working towards), Business Development, or other discipline
or equivalent combination of education and work experience
