CubicFarms is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join its Customer Experience team. The Customer Experience Manager plays a key role in implementing and coordinating programs and services that support an exceptional customer experience for CubicFarms’ clients.  This position tracks program efforts, identifies and leads new business opportunities, coordinates with regions and programs staff, and represents CubicFarms to customers, partners, and other external stakeholders.



  • Masters Degree in Business Administration (or working towards), Business Development, or other discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 5-years experience working in business/program implementation/development or relevant discipline

·        Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communications skills. Able to adjust communication style to suit all types and levels of team and customer interactions.

·        Excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage deadlines, to manage others, and to work independently.

·        Willing to participate in hands-on site work, as well as office environment and pitch in whenever and wherever needed.

·        Flexible and positive attitude when confronted with a continuously changing and fast paced environment.

·        Ability to work in a cross-cultural, geographically dispersed team environment.

·        Able to work onsite in sometimes difficult and challenging environments.

·        Fluency in English, written and oral.

·        Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package.

·        Ability to travel extensively to region of responsibility.

·        Accuracy, attention to detail; and to read and interpret documents.



  • Work with the CCO to develop, monitor, and manage all program development efforts.
  • Identify and analyze new program opportunities, regularly monitors opportunities for CubicFarms primary customers.
  • Create program development budgets and justifications. Monitor and report on status of budgets.
  • Coordinate regularly with field staff and other departments engaged in customer facing projects.
  • Ensure that tracking database is kept up to date for all ongoing program development.
  • Identify, lead, and support new traditional and non-traditional program opportunities.
  • Manage proposal process start to finish, ensuring CubicFarms standards and requirements are met.
  • Analyze opportunities and make recommendations on potential program strategies.
  • Participate on proposal teams in assigned role, whether leading the proposal team or serving in another role.
  • Identify needs on the proposal team and define roles of each team member, ensuring an appropriate level of support.
  • Develop and articulate strategic approaches, partnerships, management/staffing plans, budgets, and project designs.
  • Develop and define partnership arrangements as related to specific proposals.
  • Ensures all actions are completed at the end of a proposal development process.
  • Build regional-focused relationships with representatives of potential customers and strategic partners.
  • Identify new partners, subcontractors, and customers to enhance CubicFarms capabilities and expand our programming.
  • Support CubicFarms program and field staff’s relationship building with customers and partners.
  • Communicate regularly with program and field staff as well as other departments on ongoing and planned program development efforts, specific support needs, and field staff capacity building requirements.
  • Represents CubicFarms at meetings, conferences, and workshops.
  • Participate in profitability analysis of various projects, opportunities, and potential investments including SKU analysis of each solution brought to the market.
  • Support and lead in software development through the collection of Customer Experience requirements and customer requirements, coordinating with the development team to ensure an effective development of the solutions.
